This eBook was created by the HireScore team led by our CEO, Spencer Stang. After obtaining his Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology, Dr. Stang set out to create the world’s best hiring system. He knew the system had to follow scientifically validated principles and it also had to be adaptable across any role and any type of organization. In addition to getting the science right, the process had to follow legal, ethical, and professional guidelines and treat job applicants with respect.
